- Umm, HTML is a markup language, not a page definition language. "As it was
- intended to be seen by the creator of the page" doesn't even factor into it,
- because the author of the page doesn't have much control over how the browser
- renders the page.
- The problem is that too many people are designing pages to Netscape's
- layout. Just by using AWeb, you can see how badly Netscape has destroyed the
- Web.
